Salary: $20-$22/hr based on experience

We are looking for a diligent and dedicated customer service representative to join a growing team. As a new customer service representative, or CSR, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging challenges that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

What would make you a great CSR? You are genuinely excited to help customers. You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You love to TALK and LISTEN. You can put yourself in your customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. Consistency and empathy are essential!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage varying amounts of inbound and outbound calls
  • Upsell as necessary and appropriate
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction
  • Filing, scanning, data-entry
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet performance goals and quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Top skills for this position:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • MS Office
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS but not required.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota would be great!
