As an accomplished HR Business Partner at Solenis, you'll be the primary point of contact for managers and staff, offering expert guidance on HR matters and labor-related issues. Your contributions will directly impact our operational targets by implementing effective HR policies and practices. You'll also lead investigatory matters, performance improvement consultation, and talent management processes, ensuring our workforce remains engaged and motivated.

Contract type: UoP, permanent

Key Responsibilities That Await You:

  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff, supporting them in handling complex casework, performance & development, and employee relations issues.
  • Strategic Leadership: Offer hands-on and strategic advice to managers on employment and people-related matters, influencing leadership around the people agenda to maximize service performance.
  • Driving Innovation: Identify HR priorities from corporate plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices, and delivering people solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Initiative Delivery: Lead key HR initiatives including workforce planning, restructuring, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Data-Driven Solutions: Analyze and report HR information to support benchmarking and develop HR strategies and solutions.
  • Change Management: Support the implementation of company pay and reward strategy and conduct change management initiatives.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Ensure smooth working party operations to facilitate the delivery of HR policies, projects, and initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • Proven Experience: With 4-6 years of demonstrated experience as an autonomous HR BP, including strong labor and employee relations experience, you bring clear upward potential to the role.
  • Strategic Insight: You're an accomplished HR BP with a comprehensive understanding of HR's role in business success, with expertise in Employee Development, Change Management, and Polish Employment Law.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a complex, international environment and are familiar with Shared Service Centre environments and process improvement.
  • Technological Acumen: Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, showcases your ability to leverage technology for enhanced efficiency.
  • Passion for Service: You have a strong passion for customer service and satisfaction, coupled with excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanor.
  • Drive for Excellence: You're a proactive self-starter with a hands-on business partner attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum Qualifications to Excel:
  • Educational Excellence: A Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field with significant HR experience within a commercial environment at management level.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required.
