The position

As a CDC Project Manager, you will be responsible for project planning, management, and execution of assigned clinical trials in the CDC in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, Protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure project deliverables are met as per project timelines, within the budget, and in compliance with Protocol, regulatory requirements, Helsinki Declaration, GCP and Novo Nordisk SOPs.
  • Lead the Project team, set project specific strategies and provide direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Headquarters, CDC, and other internal and external stakeholders an provide periodic project level updates.
  • Overseeing and resolving operational aspects of clinical trials, including site and vendor selection, budget preparation, and adherence to protocols.
  • Represent the CDC and actively participate in regular Trial related meetings and collect inputs from relevant parties for respective study.

Qualifications

  • Minimum B.Sc. in Life Science, Pharmacy, equivalent. M.Sc. in Life Science -an advantage.
  • Basic GCP qualification.
  • Experience as a Clinical Project Manager/Trial Manager (LTM) is a strong advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience as a Senior CRA.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to lead without authority, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across organization.
  • Project and resource management skills and ability to deliver in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of clinical trial regulations across Europe and excellent knowledge of clinical trial methodology.
  • Up to date knowledge of the clinical trials environment - ICH GCP, regulatory issues, SOPs.
  • Computer literacy and IT. Experience with using CTMS, EDC, and Veeva Vault is an advantage.
  • Proven success in managing clinical trials, including multi-center studies.
  • Experience in more than one phase of development and international trial coordination desirable.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
