THE POSITION

Cylance is seeking a confident, determined and “hard-hitting” Sales Development Representative to identify, qualify, and penetrate leads for our North American Sales team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Generate opportunities from cold prospecting into target accounts
  • Daily call and email prospecting for individual territory to discover and pass qualified leads to territory sales owners
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Small to Mid-size Businesses
  • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources
  • Make 50+ calls daily into target accounts
  • CRM Salesforce database maintenance
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual MBOs and metric-based targets

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with outbound sales from an inside role
  • Superior telephone sales-generating skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication capabilities a must!
  • Strong customer service aptitude
  • Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
  • Must have a passion for your work and an ability to apply that passion to both daily tasks and larger projects
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
  • Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach
  • Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on
