We are looking for a Building Surveyor for our PDS business line.

Role Purpose

The Building Surveyor supporting the Building Consultancy team in:

  • Technical Due Diligences report preparation for acquisition and sale purpose of building/portfolio in all different asset categories (living, office, logistic/industrial/data center, hospitality);
  • Technical documental analysis for data room preparation, Q&As management, CapEx estimation.
  • Building inspections for financial Project Monitoring purpose (existing buildings refurbishment or new developments) comparing the actual costs to the planned costs in the project budget and enable the preparation of all main building surveying report types (including schedules of conditions and dilapidations, building assessment, defect analysis);
  • Feasibility reports for re-generation projects and change of use procedures;
  • Management of external specialist consultants;
  • International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS) measurements in AutoCAD

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

  • Qualified as Engineer or Architect;
  • Knowledge in administrative processes (Urbanistic, Building Permit, etc.)
  • A minimum of 5 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Someone with a keen interest in the built environment with technical knowledge and competence in administrative procedures;
  • Completely proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools / AutoCAD / MS Project;
  • Effective operational proficiency in English;
  • Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated;
  • Must be flexible and a team player;
  • Organized professional and excellent communicator;
  • Interested in and have a knowledge about sustainability (LEED, BREEAM, WELL certifications).
