Responsibilities

Within the Societe Generale group, bank committed to its customers and employees, you will join the Human Resources Department which defines and implements HR policies to develop the skills and talents necessary for the success of the business strategy.

The Processes and Projects department and more particularly the Group HR Solutions department is responsible for leading and supporting the transformation of processes and the evolutions of the associated HR IS solutions (evaluation, training, remuneration, staffing).

The mission of this department is to provide global solutions (organization, processes and information systems) to employees, managers and professionals of the Group's HR Sector , while being part of a collaborative and continuous improvement approach in order to meet business needs in the most effective and efficient way possible.

The HRCO PRO Product Owner will be part of the HRCO PRO Product Owner teams in charge of the job and skills management area (Staffing, Learning, ACE, HRLink).

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that is aligned with stakeholders adapting to customer and market needs.
  • Translate product roadmap and plans into detailed requirements identifying the “end state”, breaking down them into “iterations” by working with target customers and development teams with a bias towards faster time to market.
  • Ability to stack rank stories with effective balance of customer benefit/value, applicability to broader target market and use of development resources.
  • Build consensus across multiple stakeholders clearly articulating the product decisions and choices.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness among all stakeholders
  • Provide Business Level 2 support, collaborating with HRCO/PRO teams and L1, L2 and L3 HRCO support teams
  • Mutualize knowledge and support for Group HR solutions within the Bucharest SGSC team
  • Participate and contribute directly to the project to set up information and presentation modules for HR Group solutions for the external recruitment and internal mobility processes,
  • Manage the presentations to entities and subsidiaries willing to know the processes and services offered by Group solutions
  • Single point of contact for the deployment of projects in entities and subsidiaries
  • Provide business level support, in relation with HRCO / PRO teams and existing L1- L2- L3 support
  • Collect and consolidate the existing elements of the Group HR solution offer (Learning, Staffing, ACE, Evaluation,HRLink)
  • Manage the process of prioritizing the deliverables, devoted to different tool functionalities and oriented towards end users (Employee, Manager, HR Business Partner)
  • Manage the overall presentations of processes and solutions to convince the group's entities of their benefit and their adoption value.
  • Develop with the HR business contacts, the PRO team and the GSC teams the scripts and objectives of the deliverables.
  • Build or subcontract to teams from offshore or external service centers, the development of deliverables (animated PowerPoint, micro-learning, presentations)
  • Contribute to the transfer of knowledge from PRO teams to Level 2 offshore support which will have to be gradually built around / with L1 / L2 / L3 skills at GSC Romania.
  • Work within the PRO team based in Paris and keep a close relationship with the end users adopting the HR solutions
  • Work with the offshore centers of Bangalore and Bucharest
  • Work with the training teams who will be able to offer the tools for preparing micro learning support

Profile required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a process coordination role or in leading small or medium initiatives/projects inside and outside the team;
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken);
  • Strong stakeholder management;
  • Attention to details and good organizer;
  • Very good analytics skills;
  • Very good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills;
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive problem management and the capacity to anticipate actions/issues/outcomes;
  • Ability to work with several topics easily making the switch from one topic to another;
  • Management of small or medium projects or initiatives with high impact at team and business level would be highly recommended.
