NewcrestImage is a premier company in the hospitality space that designs, builds and operates state-of-the-art hotels for the most renowned brands in the industry.  We are a trendsetting company that is acutely focused on culture and that strives to “genuinely care for people so their lives are enriched.”  Our current portfolio includes a diverse and impressive 23 properties, with seven new and additional properties opening this year. 

 

To support continued growth, we are looking for a strong Corporate Sales Coordinator to help us continue our positive momentum.  This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic and growing company and use many of your pent-up skills and talents.  Our Company manages over 20 hotels, and our property-based field sales team is responsible for driving revenues at those hotels.  Our Corporate team based in Lewisville, TX (Dallas) is responsible for providing the resources, tools and support to help the hotel field teams achieve their goals.   This position is an integral part of our Team and will be involve in contributing to the overall sales mission and effort.

Responsibilities:

In terms of key responsibilities, first and foremost and just like every other position within our company, this role will advance NewcrestImage’s core values of People come First, Communication is Knowledge, Giving is Fun, Experiences are Memorable and Response-Ability is Ours.  As Corporate Sales Coordinator, you will work with a dynamic team of hotel sales, marketing and revenue management professionals in a corporate office environment.  You will coordinate and implement day-to-day programs, reporting, and assist with small projects for the Corporate Office Sales & Marketing efforts in support of the field sales teams.  In addition, some of the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

 

  • Sales Team recognition program management and reporting
  • Assist in the development of presentation material for periodic sales meetings
  • Sales team performance tracking
  • Sales effectiveness (Shop) communications and reporting
  • Assist with and contribute to sales training, planning, implementation and tracking
  • Primary contact and eventual administrative SME for the HotelSalesPro application, the company sales CRM system
  • Coordinate sales month-end reporting
  • Coordinate corporate sales communications and updates to the field using traditional and digital channels
  • Contribute in the creation and updating of information in the NewcrestImage Sales Playbook.

Qualifications:

 

  • Good computer skills (MS Office), particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Proficient in English
  • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to plan and carry out special projects
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external business relations
  • Professional demeanor
  • Must be able to perform fast pace or varied pace administrative multi-tasking, requiring sustained and focused mental concentration
  • Skilled in the use of HotelSalesPro is a plus
  • Desire to work with hotel Sales & Marketing professionals in a fun and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc., from disparate sources, and effectively communicate adjustments or modifications to meet the constraints of a need.
  • Ability to travel to hotel premises frequently
  • Must be able to perform fast pace or varied pace administrative multi-tasking, requiring sustained and focused mental concentration.
