About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role: 

  • You will assist with the full range of corporate administration services to a portfolio of Cayman entities.
  • Prepare incorporation documents, standard company resolutions, corporate certificates and handle filings with the Registrar of Companies
  • Prepare and update statutory registers
  • Assist with liquidations and strike offs
  • Update the client database
  • Assist with client mail and couriers
  • Assist with client due diligence reviews and effecting various client instructions
  • Support invoicing process and collection of accounts receivable for the portfolio
  • Handle special projects

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ administration experience, ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Associate’s degree in a business (would be an advantage)
  • Some knowledge of Cayman legal structures and the ongoing requirements of the Cayman Islands’ Companies Law would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in Cayman Islands’ registry filings
  • Experience with Viewpoint, CAP and CORIS
  • Knowledge and understanding of AML/KYC on-boarding requirements and procedures
  • Highly accurate, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Able to use initiative
