The Manager of myAXA Engagement will assist in making myAXA a premier resource for clients to manage their AXA products and services. The Manager of Web Engagement will dedicate their time to the strategy and support of the myAXA site and mobile application. S/he will offer insight, support and quality control for myAXA services. S/he will act as product owner for new development efforts within myAXA. S/he will manage the metric reporting for the application, complete compliance controls and reviews, and make enhancement recommendations based on the insight gained.
