Contract Support Administrator 

Salary: From £25,000, plus excellent benefits package.

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working

Scania have an exciting opportunity for an organised individual with excellent attention to detail to join our Contract Support Department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a global organisation, within a department that has potential for progression.

As Contract Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and insight to our dealer network, conducting a range of activities in a timely and efficient manner, to facilitate our Repair & Maintenance and Service contracts. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team player – understand the importance of collaborative working and a united team approach to achieve a common goal. 
  • Attention to detail - Responsible for contract extensions and production of quotations.
  • Organised – Complete a range of duties in an efficient manner, to include auditing and preparing contracts, ownership of our shared mailbox, and managing our CRM system.
  • Customer focussed – act as customer liaison and assist our regional executives with monthly reporting.
