Job Description (Posting).

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Datacenter Technician to join our team. The candidate should have experience in server rack and stack, decommission, cabling, and documentation of deployments. The role will involve working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring that the organization's deployments are installed, configured, and maintained to the required standards.

Responsibilities:

Execute server rack & stack deployments following standards, best practices, and guidelines.

Ability to handle cabling installations in servers for power and networking.

Base configuration of console connections.

Troubleshoot any issues with server deployments and ensure that they are resolved within the required timeframe.

Conduct decommissioning of servers and equipment from a pre-defined list.

Keep comprehensive documentation of deployments, inventory, and activities in the datacenter.

(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
