Job Description:

Support Sales Channels and business partners by providing relevant training course development and delivery so that they can be equipped to achieve assigned sales target

Take ownership of training programs/ projects so as to ensure the quality of delivery and targeted result can be achieved

Provide assistance to all members of Financial Planner Training Section in training administrative logistics

Assist the Section Head to ensure all KPIs of LDC can be achieved

Skill transfer to all LDC members to facilitate their professional development if training needs can be defined

Cross team support to ensure the service efficiency of LDC

Ability

• Able to acquire new knowledge and transfer it effectively to participants
• Able to present factual information precisely and clearly in public
• Able to handle Q&A session effectively
• Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Good command of both English and Chinese
