Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Associate Director, Workplace Branding Projects Lead to champion our company’s brand identity and culture for workplace branding in 100+ office sites. The Associate Director, Workplace Branding Projects Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end design and execution of physical workplace enhancements for existing, new, and newly acquired worksites to reflect the company’s brand identity and values. 

This integral role will be a part of a Workplace Branding team that is responsible for developing the visual identity for 100+ sites globally. They will collaborate with architects, facility leads, interior designers, and other key partners to ensure consistency in design and messaging. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of workplace branding projects, working closely with vendors, contractors, facility leads, and internal teams to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with the company’s mission, values, and goals.
  • Responsible for day-to-day project management and Workplace Branding team workflow
  • Works efficiently and effectively to keep projects on track and meet deadlines necessary to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborates with the Workplace Branding designers on design packages including space planning, branding, and supports space planning, ceiling, lighting layout, furniture, and finish selection
  • Supports creation of temporary workplace branding (i.e. digital signage, banners, etc.).
  • Reviews and approves contractor and fabricator bids, reviewing submittals, and attending site visits to ensure installations meet expectations and perform punch lists for interior, exterior, and signage
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of workplace branding initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify areas of improvement
  • Serve as a Corporate Brand Ambassador, educating employees on the importance of workplace branding and their role in upholding the company’s brand image
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in workplace branding and culture and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development
  • Enforces and creates visual branding of the visual branding of internal communications channels
  • Travel 10-20%

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferred in Graphic Design/Interior Design
  • Minimum 5-7 years corporate or agency experience in interior design, branding, marketing, or related roles with a focus on workplace branding, culture, and employee engagement
  • Excellent project management abilities including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate brand values into tangible workplace experiences
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizations
  • Proficiency in graphic design software
  • Organized and effective presenter; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across complex, matrixed organization
  • Deadline focused; ability to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
