Sales Transaction Junior Associate (Hybrid)

We are looking to hire a Sales Transactions Administrator to join our Commercial Operations Team. This role will focus on driving revenue by executing transactional requests related to the quote/order process, ensuring timely processing throughout the lifecycle. 

What you will be doing 

• Creating quotes/orders at the direction of the Sales organization and ensuring prompt processing of supporting actions 
• Ensuring quotes/orders are processed accurately in compliance with company policies 
• Engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on approvals, quote/order configuration and dependent activities  
• Enter and validate product configuration based on provided details 
• Research customer agreements, terms, and any specifics that may affect the quote/order process  
• Utilizes diverse organizational tools, data, and assets to support operational activities  
• Embraces changes due to audit findings, events or transformation needs 
• Prioritize workload to complete transactional tasks within established Service Level Objectives (SLOs). 

What you should have 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
• Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly  
• Business-savvy and at ease with corporate applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, BI)  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment  
• Advanced English (written and verbal)
