We are now looking for a Landside Manager with a background in logistics and proven leadership skills to join our team. As our new Landside Manager you'll be responsible for planning, dispatching and exceptions handling activities cross Landside Operations. You will ensure great customer experience/delivery, and ensure excellent execution of the production in APMT AAR regarding Landside Operations - primarily focused on Inland Service, Warehouse, Storage, Gates and Rail. You'll be part of Operations Leadership and will provide overall leadership and management of all aspects of Landside operations including our great employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create a Safe and Secure work environment.
  • Structure tasks and goals to establish efficient operation, set priorities and communicate
  • Suggest improvements to existing SOP’s, technology, methodologies and measurements related to the overall terminal activity.
  • Identify areas for growth and develop trainings to ensure that staff are complying with applicable policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols.
  • Work with teams across the Nordics including commercial to understand potential new customers, offerings, and understand what is needed to be delivered to reach agreed goals
  • Contribute to creating strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning, transition, change and program management within Operations

We are looking for:

  • Documented insights and understanding of logistics, “Speditøruddannelse” or other training within Logistics (bachelor level) is a big plus
  • Proven leadership experience and management training either formal academics or similar
  • Logical thinking and the ability to think and plan ahead
  • You take ownership and are able to stay calm when things get hectic
  • A positive mindset and team player approach
  • Fluent in both Danish and English – written and verbal
