What you’ll do

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing end to end the Project Lifecycle of complex commercial projects through the below activities.

Jobholder's key accountabilities and decision ownership: 

  • Manage complex projects and coordinate project stakeholders, to deliver and ensure quality throughout the project
  • Define Project Governance and expected deliverables, align stakeholders and influence decision processes, determine success metrics, and track against milestones
  • Drive commercial agenda beyond core sales activities to maximize long-lasting client relationships
  • Working on Strategic Partnerships with larger, ecosystem companies and provide solutions both to them and to the ecosystem, potentially expanding them with CBU elements
  • Monitor issues/risks proactively, drive prioritization, balance business needs versus constraints. and take mitigation actions and contingency planning
  • Develop effective presentations and project update materials to communicate project status to key stakeholders (Kick Off meetings/ Weekly Status Reports/ SteerCos)
  • Propose initiatives within Business Sales team to generate operational benefits
  • Develop high-level business cases for transformation initiatives within Business Sales team

Who you are

  • At least 2 year of experience in a similar position 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or Information Technology direction
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language 
  • Project Management skills
  • Good Understanding of TelCos portfolio
  • Experience in business case developing and good understanding of essential TelCos financials
  • Stakeholder management & ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams 
  • Business acumen
