Who You'll Work With

You will work in our Toronto office with our PriceMetrix team and report to the Director of Platform Operations. Our team is small and agile.

You’ll collaborate with smart, fun, and driven colleagues responsible for delivering our unique software solutions to our clients.

PriceMetrix, part of McKinsey & Company’s Banking Practice, is the first choice in practice management software for North American wealth management firms. By combining patented processes for collecting data with industry expertise, PriceMetrix solutions are powered by the largest and most insightful retail wealth management dataset available today, representing 12 million investors, $6 trillion in investment assets, one billion transactions, and 2.5 million fee-based accounts.

What You'll Do

You will be a key member of the Platform Operations team, engaging directly with client counterparts to support the data integration, analysis, implementation, documentation, and configuration aspects of client projects, helping ensure that clients realize their business objectives.

You will be directly involved in new client setup and ongoing enablement of new features for existing clients, owning critical workstreams on large projects and fully responsible for smaller projects.

In addition, as a recognized expert regarding our clients’ data and our product’s data processing platform, you will provide thorough post-implementation second level support to PriceMetrix team members to diagnose and help resolve any issues with the solutions in production.

You will be regularly working with clients, acting as an expert at transforming client data into high quality solutions. Internally, you will work with a diverse team of colleagues – including R&D, product, client development, and client success managers - to deliver successful implementations of our software that fulfills the business needs and expectations of our clients.

You will understand our clients’ business needs and our current product capabilities in order to contribute to solution designs that fit both requirements. You will create technical specifications to ensure successful delivery and be able to implement them when necessary. You’ll be prime in reviewing, analyzing, and troubleshooting client-supplied data files as we work to integrate new client data within our platform. In addition, you will assist with the delivery of new features and technological improvements built by R&D, liaise with R&D on design of features as needed, and complete quality assurance and testing activities to ensure development met functional specifications and client needs prior to deployment.

Finally, based on your central role in conducting these efforts, you will contribute to improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of the department through documentation of best practices and recommendations for process improvements.
