ModMed is hiring a driven Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Operations team in Client Services focused on understanding automation requirements, design RPA solutions, and develop, and deploy UI Path automation bots to drive value and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to work with information security, IT, and product departments on the design and execution of integrations with other platforms within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

  • Design, Develop, Deploy, and Support UI Path automation bots.
  • Work with the RPA Manager and BA to determine which processes are good candidates for automation per technical complexity and level of effort to develop.
  • Lead in the technical design and strategy of the RPA team, with creative flexibility as this is a new tool at ModMed.
  • Creation and maintenance of Solution documents to support technical relationships with vendors and other RPA team members.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to RPA implementations.
  • Conduct regular testing and debugging of automation processes to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Work with 3rd party development teams to review code to ensure scalability and best practice.
  • Manage technical strategy to ensure scalability and support efficiency are core concepts of the platform.
  • Stay updated on the latest UIPath products, features, and industry best practices.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, required. Preferred area of study in either Business, Technology, or other related area.
  • UI Path Developer Certification, required.
  • Java Certified Developer, AWS Certified Developer, preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on UIPath products.
  • Strong knowledge of UIPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java, and preferred experience working with AWS cloud management and provisioning processes.
  • Experience completing code reviews and testing automation bots and integrations for quality assurance.
  • Experience managing code packaging, deployments, and test + production environment maintenance and updates.
  • A proactive learner with a commitment to staying current on UIPath advancements.
  • Familiarity with business processes and the ability to translate process documents into automation workflows.
