First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused, detail-oriented Personal Banking Officer to join our Main Branch in Downtown Honolulu. In this role, you will proactively engage with clients and pursues business development leads and opportunities. Responsible for servicing and growing a small business and personal banking portfolio both in number of personal banking and small business clients and relationships, and the size of aggregate loans and deposits of the portfolio. Attend sales or personal banker training workshops as needed. Keep abreast of all bank products and services.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $58,000 - $70,000/yr; commensurate with experience, plus sales incentives.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
