ROLE SUMMARY
The Platforms Architect & Product Line Lead will own the vision, strategy, architecture, development, lifecycle management, delivery, and operations for EP&S shared platforms & products. This leader will play a significant role in shaping how EP&S consumes and utilizes these centralized technologies and ensures EP&S teams are not developing redundant capabilities.
The Platforms Architect & Product Line Lead will be accountable for the delivery of common building blocks and platforms that can be leveraged across the EP&S organization and beyond to simplify and speed up delivery. Set standards and policy on available supported platforms, stand-up a Code Catalog and API gateway, and deliver common building blocks such as audit & logging, authorizations, and secrets management for consumption by EP&S and Digital Creation Centers.
This role will lead a team of Product Managers and Practice Leads with deep delivery, technical, and EP&S domain expertise including data engineers, software engineers, and software developers. The Lead will support the Product Managers and Practice leads in the definition of measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) that ensure the delivery of consumable products for our customers and that achieve desired performance, durability, cost, and useability outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring cross-functional influence, confidence in evangelizing development methodologies/standards and have a track record of delivering capabilities that are targeted at accelerating speed to market for Digital products and business applications across all domains.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,300.00 to $318,800.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
