Senior Project Manager

We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join us at Honeywell, in Budapest.

Be the one, who will be responsible for end-to-end projects within Honeywell Hungary. You will support development programs within one of Honeywell's businesses. Will help implement program plans, budgets, schedules and execute a programmatic MOS (Management Operational System), support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. You will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned. You will also be working under moderate supervision of the program manager to execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value & quality while demonstrating PM skills including risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure time delivery of the projects, within the scope with zero or positive deviation
  • Monitor the project process to identify opportunities for improving the project
  • Maintain customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and resolve customer issues
  • Monitor Financial performance monthly basis and review estimates versus actuals across their project deck /progress in percent, cost, revenue, billing, unbilled etc./ continuously improve and install operational metrics
  • Maintaining the internal and on-site subcontracting meetings continuous oral and written contact with the customer, designer, technical inspector, subcontractor,
  • Develop effective partnerships with subcontractors to ensure an adequate pool of resources is available.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, equipment/vehicle, and facilities improvement

Must have:

  • min. 3 of experience in project management in security sector 
  • min. 5-8 years of experience in security sector 
  • Engineering degree in technical filed (preferable in the first place Electrical or Mechanical field).
  • Proficient Technical English is required and advanced level of Hungarian.
  • Category B license.
  • Well-organized skills are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work within team

Nice to have:

  • PMI PMP, PRINCE2 or CAPM certifications are advantage.
  • FMV certification (from electrical or mechanical part) as a plus.
