The EMR Inspector role is an exciting role that matches technical container expertise with our customer needs. Close collaboration with our commercial teams, operational teams and vendors is key to performing great in this role!

We are looking for a candidate based in Egypt.

Musts / Nice to have’s:

  • IICL completion certificate (Preferable)
  • Strong follow-up mechanism and communication with our vendors.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Power BI dashboards knowledge for data analysis
  • Technical Container Box/structure knowledge
  • Knowledge about Container Reefer Machinery and dry equipment
  • Business trip availability
  • Challenging and crucial thinking mindset
  • Fluent in Arabic, proficient in English

Business responsibilities

  • Drive EMR Performance (Leadtime, eEIR, PTI, Audits, Warranty any other new projects & campaigns) in alignment with the global EMR Community
  • Lead EMR governance through audits and conduct regular Vendor management exercise
  • Being vocal, visible, and approachable as well as engaged within cross-functional teams
  • Bring standardization and digitalization in processes
  • Adopt continuous learning approach in daily work, thinking about improvements in day-to-day tasks
  • Have a customer centric mindset along with cost conscious to offer best possible product.
  • Upright, proactive about bringing critical challenges on table and take active participation in larger groups
  • Implement and follow-up EMR projects such as Downgrading, Retrofit, eCARE, Container Grades, MRP, Duplicate repairs etc…).
  • Analyse data, reports, and dashboards to have holistic view as well as identify areas of concerns to focus
  • Engaged in ESG – Environment, Social & Governance Projects (Water, paint & refrigerant consumption).
  • Review repair analysis tool & cost dashboards to identify abnormalities as well as innovative ideas for business
  • Conduct and host EMR trainings and identity good initiatives
  • Perform audits physically on the highest/challenge volumes locations
