The successful candidate:

Hours: Per Diem - Every other Saturday 7am - 11am plus on-call coverage on evenings/weekends/holidays*

  • This is not a full-time position. Flexibility is required to cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients to produce quality x-ray images for patients of all ages. Provides DEXA imaging while fostering a caring environment
  • Promote radiation safety for patients and coworkers of all ages.
  • Demonstrate safe and effective patient care.
  • Assemble and maintain imaging records
  • Operates X-Ray, DEXA and C-arm equipment to produce quality imaging while properly following regulatory requirements and radiation safety protocols.
  • Perform procedural clinical documentation and enter supply charges.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • Licensed in the State of Illinois (IEMA)
  • A.R.R.T. Registered
  • BLS/ CPR Certification Required
