Job Description: 

This is a 6-month position focus on Business Ethics, as part of Risk Management program. You will build strong Ethics Compliance knowledge as well as develop the skills to work in a professional workplace. Successful candidate will have chance to support Vietnam Finance team in Risk Management; join interesting Finance team's trainings and team activities; get valuable consultation from multiple experts from Risk Management team and other Finance areas (Tax, Customs, FPnA, Audit, etc.,).

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ethics communication: Understand and be familiar with employment policies to build up communication content (video/ poster/ reminder/ game/ promotion campaign).
  • Ethics Culture Survey: Support to build up communication, track completion, support for technical matters.
  • Other support for Ethics program (Ethics forum, Ethics workshop, manage Ethics gifts, physical Ethics content - poster/standee/controls corner, support translation of Ethics message or required documents...).
  • Support other Risk Management tasks if required (Capital Management, Inventory Controls).

Qualifications:

  • 3rd or last year student pursuing bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Can work full-time 4 days/week and enroll in a six-month internship program.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong PowerPoint skill is a must.
  • Have a good sense of ethics and people behavior.
  • Due-diligent, strategic thinking, strong interest in data analysis.
  • Fluent English and Vietnamese communication.
