Deliver Talent Acquisition sourcing activities for L8 to LG3 employee levels at a consistently defined service level.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
Actively source for passive and active candidates for L8 to LG3 level using a wide range of search techniques and channels
Promote employer brand offline and online to attract candidates, by positively presenting company and open roles to potential candidates
Interact with potential candidates (both internal and external)
Craft and send recruiting emails
Strategize different ways to build talent pipeline (tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns) to address future hiring needs
Maintain candidate database on applicant tracking system
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing
Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions
Experience in shared services and a complex organization (matrixed) is required
Strong Social Media recruitment experience
