Roll out go-to-market strategies through the implementation of the retail marketing calendar. Plan, prepare and execute guidance to markets. Drive retail activities, events and strategic retail planning across APAC that ensure to drive traffic, create recruitment opportunities, and reward consumer loyalty at stores.
Contribute to the Retail Marketing Calendar to operate the Retail-Marketing Activities across APAC that will leverage every touch point to drive traffic and create recruitment opportunities.
Work with affiliates to plan and operationalize the retail marketing calendars customized by channel. (Outlet channel/ employee store)
Ensure Retail Marketing plans are differentiated according to strategic objectives by channel, and will enable markets to improve retail KPI
Partner with Retail Operations, Store Design / Visual Merchandising and Education to create seasonal retail guidelines including an event and activity toolkit. Partner & supervise markets on the implementation of all retail guidelines and review, asses and measure the impact.
Devise the promotional & event strategy, providing guidelines and assets for in- store animation.
Partner with Regional Promotion & Special Event owner to identify guideline & asset for regional store animation
Partners with Retail Operations and Education on all retail tools. Ensures all markets comply with planning, translations and implementation of updates on iPads.
Work with Senior Manager, Corporate Sales on digital PR and CRM activities to improve traffic to the door per channel and drive Door Productivity
At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally with exposure retail marketing and promotion activities
With a track record of strong performance in a well-known consumer brand/multinational company
Able to work with stakeholder and understand matrix relationships
English is necessary and any other Asian language is advantageous
