Service Operations Product Manager

Location: Israel

What you get to do in this role:
As a Service Operations Product Manager, you will be a key member of the ITOM Product Management group with the opportunity and responsibility to define the features and roadmap of products for Service Operations. In this role, you will work closely with customers, developers, other product owners and people from pre/post-sales to shape the future of leading products in the ITOM product line.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a product manager for software based products
  • Experience in writing requirements for software products
  • Experience in the Enterprise Systems Management market is required
  • Work experience with ESM products (availability/performance)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages
  • Familiarity with CMDBs
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications and/or architecture of IT applications is a plus
  • Experience as a product manager in agile/SCRUM is a plus
  • A B.A./B.Sc. degree in Computer Science is preferred
  • Experience working with customers including pre-sales and product deployments including to Fortune 500 customers
  • Presentation capabilities to both technical people and CxO level executives
