Responsibilities

The Transformation lead will play a pivotal role in assisting existing Private Banking (PB) Singapore Performance Cells (PCs) and squads to be fully operationalized, support the launch of any new squads and assist in the seamless transition into this new way of working. He/she will serve as a point of liaison and support between PCs, Group Transformation / other Group functions regionally, and MtJ Element Leads. The MtJ Program Manager also partners with the PC Leads closely, providing with them consistent information, advisory, feedback and propose interventions in the continuous shaping of these PCs to maturity. He/She will also track and report the MtJ operationalization and maturity progress across the PCs and locations, including the delivery progress on the planned strategic business and client outcomes to the Business Head and relevant senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis and for scorecard performance management purposes. As the PCs evolve/scale up, the MtJ Program Manager will endeavour to drive standardization, success transfers and closer alignment to PB strategies across MtJs for increased efficiencies and effectiveness in this new way of working.

• Primary point of contact for Wealth business with G-STAR on transformation agenda including MTJ, FOW and Gen AI initiatives.
• Supports, co-ordinates and guides the running of various MTJ squads within the Wealth business.
• Tracks the progress and outcomes of the MTJ squads, and provide appropriate intervention or escalation.
• Spearhead the adoption of GenAI in the Regional CBG / Wealth COO office through various use cases.
• Support the implementation of strategic FOW initiatives.

Requirements

• Transformation related and program management skills and experience
• Existing MTJ experience
• Strong collaborator and able to navigate across functions and teams and bring people together towards a common outcome.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a diverse stakeholder community at all levels.
• Ability to analyse data, synthesize observations and/or recommendations for management attention.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify, develop and execute initiatives / solutions.
• Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Strong sense of personal ownership and willingness to roll-up sleeves to drive success.
• Highly motivated self-starter and strong team player.
