Technical Program Manager - (WD64032)

Job objectives:

To enable/empower program management across different platforms and assist platform leaders for overall IT governance (covering both Tech Build and Tech Operate)

Principle responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead change solutions and demand analysis focusing on successful transformation embedding into the organization.
  • Build and sustain trusting relationship with various stakeholders by consistently delivering value add services.
  • Facilitate stakeholders through decisions, consultation and influence, and resolve conflicts and disagreement if any.
  • Promote a cultural mind-shift as a key success factor in achieving sustainable business solutions.
  • Mange program/project end to end with quality outcome.
  • Improve customer and employee experience by standardizing process end to end, reducing manual efforts and deliver staff satisfaction.
  • Drive operational efficiency and improve scale through critical project/program delivery.
  • Set up SDLC process and monitor the execution across platforms.
  • Prioritize projects based on business cases and tech capacities.
  • Support budgeting and planning of IT financial related.
  • Support on the framework build of IT governance.

Educatoin and relevant experience:

  • Minimum bachelor's degrees and with good oral and written English and Chinese 8+years working experience with at least 5 years of experience related to successful delivery of change management projects, preferably banking.
  • Minimum 3 years project management experience.
  • Strong project and programs management skills with successful track record of delivering large projects and programs in a complex organization.
  • Good knowledge of IT finance or IT governance.
  • Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management.
  • Be able to cope and bring structure to ambiguous situations and problems, and adopt an agile and flexible approach to work.
  • Have the ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously. PMI PMP Prince2 certification referred.
