Build, lead, and direct a Presales Proposal Management/Bid Response team in support of the divisional sales goals.

What will your job look like?

  • Support the Account Management teams in sales meetings, client presentations and web conferences.
  • Join up multiple elements into a single solution and articulate the benefits.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, PoCs
  • Advocate our solutions and services to customers and at off-site events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Aid in proposal, presentation and technical documentation creation.
  • Convey customer requirements into valid design.
  • Provide technical backup during an implementation of the solution.
  • Provide product, service and technology training to the sales team.
  • Drive sale pipeline with regional leads, Salesforce

All you need is...

  • Articulate technology and service positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
  • Demonstrate expertise and experience with Telco domain like BSS, OSS, Networking within medium to large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrate expertise and experience with FIS domain like retail banking, wealth management, mortgage etc.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations confidently to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capture, document and relay customer requirements and service enhancement.
  • Produce high quality internal and customer facing collateral.
  • Experience : 15+ Years
