Our Cyber Managed Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement effective cybersecurity programs that protect against threats, propel transformation, and drive growth. As companies continue their transformations to digital business models, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organizations, partners and customers. You’ll play an integral role in helping our clients protect their businesses by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and mitigate risks while increasing the value they derive from their cybersecurity investments.

Our Identity and Access Management Managed Services team helps organisations by designing and implementing end to end IAM programs, as well as providing ongoing operations support with continuous operational improvements.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team at PwC, specializing in Cybersecurity staffing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and operating Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

• Responsibilities --

1. Implement and operate Privileged Access Management solutions:

• Design, configure, and deploy PAM solutions to protect critical systems and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of PAM solutions.
• Monitor and maintain PAM systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

2. Provide subject matter expertise:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on PAM best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PAM technologies and practices.

3. Project management and client engagement:

• Lead and manage PAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and develop tailored PAM solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

4. Team collaboration and knowledge sharing:

• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices related to PAM implementation and operation.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Contribute to the development of PAM methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Qualifications --
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and operating Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of PAM concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience with leading PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PAM vendor certifications are highly desirable.
