  • Job description:
  • Own the management of all HR processes for employees from hire-to-retire in line with organizational policies, practices and philosophy with particular regard to HR statutory compliance and the offerings to employees in terms of benefits
  • Manage the complete statutory and payroll compliance cycle for all the full time employees
  • Handle the end-to-end Employee Background Verification process for all new joinees within the specified time limits and ensure correct documentation
  • Manage and administer the Leave and Attendance related data and process in line with company policies and practices
  • Assume responsibility for all Insurance enrollments & claims /queries handling as the Single Point of Contact for employees to reach out to
  • Ensure complete documentation, filing and registration-related activities for all HR compliance-related processes for the organization
  • Handle the administration, application, mediation and queries of all employee statutory and optional benefits such as Flexible Benefits Plan, Benefits Management, National Pension Scheme, Voluntary Provident Fund, Provident Fund, Gratuity etc
  • Anchor the monthly employee payroll inputs consolidation and ensure complete adherence to statutory and organizational related requirements
  • Execute the Rewards & Recognition program for the India center from the planning, communications, collation, of all nominations and then the arrangements for the felicitation of the winners through the ceremony and other media. This includes the Service Anniversary Awards as well
  • Maintain data completeness and accuracy for all areas handled and translate into reports for various users in the organization
  • Provide support for any internal / external audits and compliance checks
  • Run employee communications for standard calendarized items like birthday / service anniversary / festivals wishes and celebrations
  • Experience required
  • Experience 8-10 years in HR Operations and Payroll (end to end)
