The Advanced Oncology Solutions Specialist acts as the clinical adviser for the customer, working with their account manager to help the customer to envision how they could evolve their department over time through optimal adoption of Varian's platforms, and selling Professional & Clinical Services to ensure that this vision is realized.
This role will require the candidate to be flexible, mostly working independently, but also collaboratively as an important part of both a regional team and a geo-wide Advanced Oncology Solutions team. This role will require the individual to travel extensively (60-70%) of the time, predominantly in Russia and across the Central Asia region, (Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, and Azerbaijan).
This position may also during an initial phase involve a dual role. This means delivery of implementation, of the customer's desired and required support, to increase the utilization of their Varian portfolio according to daily best practices, may be included in the duties.
The job holder will also be required to have excellent fluency in English & Russian (verbal and written).
