Mercer is seeing a motivated and talented Campaign Execution Specialist who will require an intermediate or advanced level of expertise using a marketing automation software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Hubspot, etc. and have at least a basic knowledge of email marketing. This position will be based on our Mexico City Office.

We will count on you to:

  • Deliver campaign execution excellence for email nurture campaigns, webinars, surveys, newsletters and events, using marketing automation tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Marketo.
  • Be an individual contributor, receiving assignments from the Campaign Execution Managers and/or the CET Leader.
  • Create and/or manage databases/target lists.
  • Create and test lead gen forms and UTMs.
  • Set up A/B testing to improve ROI, conversion and sales growth.
  • Provide complete, accurate and timely campaign execution that meets the marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Execution Managers or CET Leader to create email campaign reporting using a number of technology platforms including Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Qlik etc.
  • Balance time and priorities with required business service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Work with associated Campaign Execution Managers to ensure execution of best practices, compliance, and brand guidelines.
  • Meet with Campaign Execution Managers and/or other Campaign Execution Specialists regularly to troubleshoot common issues and improve efficiency in delivery.
  • Create campaign digital assets such as web forms.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Information Systems, Business Management or related field.
  • 3+ years related experience.
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and/or Marketo, although experience with Hubspot, Pardot and others would be relevant. Experience with HTML is a bonus.
  • Experience or high learning capability with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront or Wrike and event/webcast platforms such ON24, GlobalMeet or similar software.
  • Understanding of email and web performance metrics.
  • Must be flexible and adaptive to changing requirements and timelines to support high priority business needs. Should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities with multiple stakeholders.

  • Understanding of basic statistics for ROI analysis.
  • Ability to work with large excel databases, sort/compare lists.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • CRM software experience (ie: Salesforce, MS Dynamics) a bonus but not required.
  • Collaborative – willingness to work in team environment with colleagues around the world.
