Job Purpose:

You will be Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) who is responsible for all driving of machine improvements and repairing and preventive – predictive maintenance.

You will work with Technical, Operation, commercial and customer to guide commercialization and optimization manufacturing to meet customer requirements.

Assist on the development of the coatings process improvement projects, the facility improvement. You also need to support people/operators and machine in good condition to deliver good product and consistency with minimized cost.

You will report directly to Maintenance Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand maintenance management system and project management system.
• Work through work order which is key communication channel of maintenance management system – CMMS.
• Lead the team to consolidate Equipment or Machine database where the history records are and new coming machine to be registered.
• Lead the team for Preventive maintenance and Calibration program.
• Work through spare part for some relevant machines and stock management system
• Implement energy preservation program following regulation requirement.
• Responsible for new machine registration, PM standard plan, Integrity inspection, Predictive maintenance, Project improvement and corrective maintenance
• Responsible for utility and facility support in the whole manufacturing.
• Improve machine, tools, mobile equipment and facility to get proper handling.
• Summarize daily, weekly, monthly and some main performance index.
• Benchmark the maintenance Measurement with another sister site around the world and go toward a global standard.
• Support implementation of IATF 16949, ISO9001, GMP-HACCP, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 & EHS Management system

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, mechatronic or any other related of engineering.
• Knowledgeable or experiences in the use of Business Process Improvement tools, including Lean Engineering.
• Candidate with problem solving with the ability to work with associates in reaching agreement problem resolution.
• Can lead groups of associates through this problem resolution.
• Good analytical skills, troubleshooting skill and detail.
• 3+ years of experience with paint and coating experience is preferable to perform.
• Excellent communications skills, including presentation skills, are also mandatory for the incumbent.
• Have substantial leadership and human relation skills and ability in coatings manufacturing and details knowledge.
• Can work with people from all Regions and all levels in the organization.
