Position Overview:
Are you someone who loves to make an impact and enjoys being challenged? Our Capital Department within the Finance Division is currently seeking a confident, self-motivated, and analytical Finance Professional to partner with our internal stakeholders in support of a positive and proactive relationship with our regulators at the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) on matters pertaining to Capital. This individual will work extensively with internal stakeholders across Finance, Internal Audit, Business Segments, Legal, Risk, Regulatory Affairs and other areas to support the Capital Team in the planning, forecasting, reporting and optimization of capital. The role will report into the Capital Planning and Analytics Sr Manager and will provide significant exposure to senior management in multiple areas.
Our Impact:
The Capital, Stress Testing and Resolution Planning Team is responsible for the planning, forecasting, and optimization of capital. Our work ties closely with other areas within the Finance function including Financial Planning and Analysis and Stress Testing. The team focuses on the oversight of all capital management, capital planning and elements related to risk appetite and capital contingency, as well as strategic and policy initiatives. In this regard, the Finance Professional role will support a wide range of analytical activities focused on both business-as-usual and stress environments within the stress testing framework. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $88,000 - $132,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
