First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant III to join our Enterprise Operations Services Division team. In this role, you’ll be responsible to provide general office and administrative support to Enterprise Operations Services Division Manager and the business units that comprise the division. Areas include ACH, Application Support, Centralized Reconciliation & Adjustments, EOS-Compliance, Item Processing, Lockbox, Loss Prevention & recovery, Mail Department, Money Processing Center, Records Management, Retirement Savings, Service Center and Wire Transfer.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.91 - $25.00/hr; commensurate with experience.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associate’s degree in business-related field, or minimum of 2 years administrative / office experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field strongly preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative / office environment required.
  • Must be able to work with various levels of management and coordinate up to 14 department managers.
  • Must be able to type 45 wpm with accuracy and be able to use 10-key.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills essential for frequent contact with external customers, management, and Bank personnel.
  • Consistently exhibits a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in final work product.
  • Highly motivated, organized, prepared, results oriented individual.
  • Takes personal ownership and accountability for outcomes with minimal need for constant oversight.
  • Must have PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
  • Applies sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and changing priorities each day.
  • Must have a general knowledge of resource management and budgeting processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail while meeting prescribed deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Bank transactions and operations preferred.
