Role Summary
The purpose of Learning and Development (L&D) organization at Pfizer is to maximize colleagues’ impact and growth through continuous learning & development.
The Emerging Markets (EM) /China Training Excellence Lead is accountable for establishing the operating process of the new L&D model; brand training; e-learning and CFC (client-facing colleagues) tools training. This role will Lead regional L&D programs. The successful candidate will establish and implement the organization’s operating plan with strong process excellence, learning expertise and stakeholder engagement skills.
The role will be a member of EM/China Learning and Development (L&D) Leadership Team, collaborating with EM/China L&D LT and content creation team to define the content and approach that delivers uniform and high-quality learning.
