Kroll is seeking an experienced benefits professional to support employees participating in our local benefits plans in EMEA. The Benefits Manager - EMEA will lead, oversee and implement the ongoing benefits strategies and programme management for Kroll across this jurisdiction supported by our administrative team in India. They will also provide support for the APAC region, as and when required, working with the Benefits Manager – APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead with EMEA benefit activities including the review of plan renewal proposals in collaboration with our brokers
  • Lead annual renewal programmes across all jurisdictions including negotiation of recommended plan changes with senior management and our multinational pooling agreement.
  • Ensure compliance and market competitiveness of global benefits programs in partnership with HR leadership encompassing both risk benefits and all leave entitlements (both paid and unpaid).
  • Assess local regulations to ensure the effective and appropriate design, operation, and administration of employee benefit programs including leave.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with all outside vendors eg brokers, service providers
  • Build and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and stakeholders 
  • Involvement in special benefits projects eg harmonisation and alignment of benefits following acquisitions, taking the lead where appropriate
  • Effectively promote and communicate international benefit programmes across the EMEA region
  • Review and improvement of existing processes to ensure and maintain process excellence
  • Development and provision of management information and analytics as appropriate 
  • Assist with general employee benefit enquiries
  • Other benefit related duties as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • Equivalent of 7 - 10 years of relevant benefits experience 
  • Expertise in multi locational benefit management within UK essential and within EMEA preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable comfort and effectiveness re change management and being an agent of change interfacing and guiding senior management and colleagues at all levels, as appropriate
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Courageous and collaborative people leader with the ability to effectively oversee the work of remote individuals/team 
  • Effective project leader 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ambassador for benefits programs internationally
  • Advanced Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ‘Can do’ attitude with keen interest and commitment to driving service excellence and performance and to supporting Kroll’s transformation for growth.
  • Ability to travel from time to time, as appropriate
