Position Overview

Information Security Production services is responsible for defining and implementing access management controls and surrounding processes that help the bank to secure people's access to the data Rooms and only grant access on the need-to-know basis. Business Access is responsible for designing and running services for logical access to business applications and data. This includes topics around access concepts, role & entitlement management, unstructured data access management and the business product ownership for some of DB’s authorization systems.

Deutsche Bank has been running Active Directory (AD) as their primary authentication mechanism and is only one of several strategic technologies for Identity and Access Management. AD Security operations team is responsible for supporting business in resolving any AD related issues. Team is also responsible for ensuring best practices are being followed to stay compliant. With movement to Cloud, support for Azure Active Directory also needs to be provided.

Your key responsibilities

• Monitor the Active Directory Security Operations Activities and help team in resolving tickets (via Incidents or Change requests).
• Build an Active Directory Governance Framework for AD Objects; AD Accounts and AD Groups.
• Establish a team to extend support to Entra ID, including training on Entra ID Concepts.
• Manage a 3-member vendor supported operations team in an onshore-offshore working model.
• Maintain the project and control governance; Enforce preventative measures wherever necessary.
• Manage the KPI’s, create reports & dashboards for Senior Management and business stakeholders.
• Analyze the options to enhance the Data Quality of AD Objects, automate and align with TDI’s strategic tools.

Your skills and experiences

• Pursued education in computer science or other equivalent studies.
• Experience in Information security, Identity and access management.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in leading an operations team of specialists and system administrators.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory Fundamentals including Protocols such as Kerbos, LDAP, RPC, etc. Familiarity with various brokering tools such as Cyberark, Access Control, etc.
• Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and its architecture.
• Good communication skills; Proficiency in spoken and written English: Knowledge of German is a plus.
