The opportunity

CSS team enables Consulting Project teams in their project delivery through the timely support on financial management and team coordination activities.

As a CSS team member at Staff (Associate Consultant) rank, you will be trained to support end–to–end engagement lifecycle and project management; these activities are essential to every engagement (project), Region (Americas / EMEIA APAC/ country) and practice. We help in project coordination, financial analysis, engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries. 

Your key role and responsibilities

  • As CSS staff member, your main task is to work with global project teams (also called onshore Consulting engagement teams) on activities that help maintain margins, reporting, dashboards, internal tools and enablers, presentations, engagement calls, and coordination among team members globally.
  • Work on applications like Power Bi, Visio and SharePoint etc. 
  • Be insightful about the services the engagement provides and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations
  • Reporting and preparing Dashboards for client team including senior leadership 
  • Able to effectively summarize and conclude on work, applying appropriate documentation standards
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high pressure

Skills and attributes for success

  • Graduate, preferably B.Com/BBA/Economics or Master’s degree
  • Previous relevant industry or project management experience of 1-2 yrs
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft suit (Excel, power point presentation etc.) 
  • Good to have skills Power BI, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint
  • Strong English communication - both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical/numerical skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Assertive, with strong influencing skills
  • Prior experience working with global clients preferred
  • Ability to function as part of a team 
  • Organised and self-disciplined
