The Opportunity
The People Consulting team in EY Consulting is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a Change Consulting Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of change management professionals and working in demanding transformation programs, supporting our clients in achieving successful outcomes and ensuring business benefits realization.
You will work in multidisciplinary and often international project teams. And of course, you will be part or the local People Consulting team of professionals, where we value openness and helpfulness and of course good fun! We are an entrepreneurial and collaborative team, offering you versatile learning opportunities and professional development.

As a Senior Manager, you should be tech-savvy, at ease in complex, global projects, and deliver high-quality services while managing client expectations. You will be expected to have professional knowledge of change management, people centric transformation and/or organizational design and leadership development, and actively learn more. Additionally, you should be able to develop and maintain productive relationships with EY’s internal stakeholders and the client project team, manage expectations of our services, and collaboratively work towards finding new business opportunities.
