Job Summary:

The Part-Time Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and preferences, and provide guidance and expertise on recruitment best practices.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends and talent pools.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other designated tools.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, and employee onboarding preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with hiring managers and payroll/administrative staff.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on time management and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS software and Applicant Tracking System; ClearCompany and UKG preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.

Benefits:

  • Hourly range: $22 - $25/hr. depending on experience.
