About the Role:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, within this role you will be in charge of sourcing and recruiting for multiple roles within Remitly Nicaragua, and ensure that lead generation requirements and hiring goals are achieved. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting and have strong insight on the Nicaragua talent market specifically around recruitment for high-volume customer service, operations and corporate roles, while conducting the recruitment process with a focus on providing the best candidate experience.

You Will:

  • Implement sourcing activities based on strategy and talent market insights, and reach out to passive candidates and generate interest.
  • Update and generate leads on a daily basis using the team's online resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other commonly used portals.
  • Take candidates through the entire recruitment process, serving as their point of contact including in person onsite interviews.
  • Create ads for internal applications.
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers and facilitate meetings/calibration in order to fully and better understand recruitment needs, profiles needed and hiring process.
  • Keep warm pipeline and implement "keep warm" initiatives to sustain candidate interest.
  • Conduct virtual on-site interviews, as per roles' criteria.
  • Coordinates with Interviewers to transition all screened candidates and invite them onsite and virtually for the interview process.
  • Facilitate pre-screening processes which include but may not be limited to: ○ Practical assessments ○ Use case/scenario based assessments.
  • Facilitate debrief meetings, provide summaries if needed, and document hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and facilitate offers in coordination with Compensation, HRBP, Hiring Manager and other stakeholders as required.
  • Facilitate feedback for unsuccessful candidates in a manner aligned with Remitly candidate experience targets; identify realignment or future employment opportunities.
  • Update trackers based on channel yield/productivity.
  • Actively participate in intake meetings between hiring managers, business partners, and TA teams.
  • Performs data entry in Remitly maintained recruiting systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepares, maintains and generates reports needed by stakeholders, for review of TA Manager on a regular basis.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Psychology or any other related field is required.
  • 1+ years experience in recruitment with focus on sourcing; experience in Employment branding and data-analysis, is a plus.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment marketing tactics.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Capable to remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient user of HRIS, and applicant tracking systems, is a plus.
