Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field;
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
Able to tackle challenges, understand root causes and make informed decisions in order to deliver business impact;
Understands agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking) and applies agile ways of working. Is a role model of the agile mind-set and principles.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
Highly energetic, with a 'can-do’ attitude and a desire to self-develop.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project or product management, consulting, marketing or similar; Preferably with previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role;
Strong knowledge of ecommerce, online sales processes, and customer journey’s optimization, with focus on driving conversions and sales;
Knowledge of Telco industry is a plus;
Nice to have: familiarity with Jira, Pega Marketing, React;
Proficiency in English and Portuguese.

The Product Owner maximises value by delivering the vision and defining the epics and user stories to work on, owning, defining and prioritising the backlog of the squad and accepting deliverables at the end of each sprint. The Product Owner represents the business stakeholders and is the voice of the customer guiding an individual squad for a particular business purpose. The Squad develops eCommerce and Care web journeys for the B2B unit.
