Cetera Investments is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Stock team located in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team in providing operational support and world-class customer service to our clients. 

What you will do: 

• Provide high-level operational, customer service, and administrative, sales support in our Stock department.
• Process physical stock, perform research on securities to determine eligibility for deposit. These processes include ensuring all necessary documents are on file for clients. 
• Follow the general ledger and processing accounts daily. Work on money and stock related transactions. Review reports daily. Maintain accurate and complete data on existing client files. 
• Respond to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers including registered representatives regarding account status, account changes and process. Acts as liaison between customers/representatives and institutions including banks and clearing firms.
• Perform various account calculations/reconciliations for stock and money. 
• You will partner with other team members to ensure financial professionals experience consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Other duties as assigned 

What you need to have 

• High School Diploma 
• 1+ years operations experience
• 1+ years of experience with MS Office tools
