The Regional/Country BPP drives and leads the site’s people strategy and initiatives at the region/country level. Is responsible for partnering with GBPs to guide consistency of people programs globally while ensuring local effectiveness and relevancy. Partners with business leaders on the development of long term goals of the region/country’s organizations and talent strategy. Coaches and develops business leaders. Maintains strategic alignment between GEBP, GBP Leader, site leadership and People, ensuring People programs and plans are aligned to businesses priorities and incorporate local relevancy, collaborating with People Services and COE to influence the design and implementation.
