JR50126 Logistics Specialist
Having Import Shipment Booking/Custom clearance/BOE/E-Way Bill/MIS reports and having 2 to 05 years of Experiance
Complete Export & Import Documentation, custom clearance process
BOE filing, checklist approval, shipping bill filing etc.
Familiar with requirements of shipping documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill/bill of lading, and export license, including consignee information,
Track shipments and handle any delays or issues that may arise.
INCOTERMS, Harmonized tariff code and nomenclature, country of origin, customs value export classification
Coordination with CHA for custom clearance
Complete Inward /Outward physical movement with all the documentation.
Coordinate complete inward import shipment & ensure their requirements.
Making Daily GR & other related entry in system
Interacting with LSP for inventory clearance and deliveries
Preparing E Way bill & other forms as required
BOE filling follow-up, coordinating with Carriers /FF for delivery.
DSR update for complete transactions
Hard copy filling, scanning, and uploading in Logistics folder
Monthly/Weekly/Daily Report to internal stakeholders & supervisor
Other routine activity as assigned by supervisor
