Reporting to: Market Access TA Lead

Key Responsibilities:

[Planning and Execution Market Access strategy]

• Act as the Pricing custodian at the regional level being responsible for the implementation of the GSK regional Pricing strategy
• Monitor competitive market conditions that affect pricing for individual brands and overall industry
• Develop a comprehensive and updated overview of policy changes and trends at regional level which may impact pricing and access for patients to GSK’s portfolio
• Anticipate the change in the healthcare industry environment and pricing policies to capture and lead environment shaping to secure better patient access for GSK assets with a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy
• Provide qualified documents for all market access activities, including P&R planning, product value dossier, local adaptation of HTA materials, HIRA dossier, response to all requirements of government bodies and payers
• Drives and ensure the local HEOR and RWE strategy to secure value-based pricing for reimbursement in alignment with cross-functional teams
• Develop optimal access and business strategy of established products and lead reimbursement criteria expansion process to optimize patient access
• Ensure a common understanding and alignment with commercial, regulatory and medical teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably degree in pharmacy, public health, bio/chemical-related
• 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry with in-depth understanding for market access area (healthcare system, pricing policy, HTA, HEOR)
• Strategic mindset with problems solving, and analytical ability
• Pro-active attitude and the ability to work independently
• Experience in communicating, influencing and negotiating with healthcare policy decision-makers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
• Collaborative work with internal & external stakeholders
• Postgraduate qualifications in health economics or healthcare policy (Preferred)
• Experience in commercial and business functions in the Pharmaceutical
