Should have hands on experience for 2-3 years in managing Service Parts Inventory and deliver objectives.
Should possess very good analytical skill.
Should be Go getter with good communication skills.
Should be able to find innovative solutions to complicated, after market supply issues.
Handson experience to manage larger database like ODBC, Alteryx, PowerBI, Qlikview & Sense will be an added advantage.
Responsible for meeting agreed market metrics - Fill rate, Inventory Turns, Back orders etc.
Perform all daily/weekly/monthly processes diligently without any backlog thereby meet key deliverables.
Work closely with sources for schedule adherence and ensure timely receipt of parts at warehouse.
Handle ‘Vehicle off road’ orders promptly and provide accurate information to dealers.
Follow up with vendors regarding QR concerns like short supply, over scheduled parts return, Supplier visits etc.,
Reports preparation & circulation as per requirements for management reviews
Work closely with Purchasing, other cross functional teams to review the supportability of overdue parts from supplier and resolve supply issues.
Full time - B. Tech/B.E., in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 2-3 Years of Experience in Supply chain and Warehouse functions.
